Stonecraft Jewelry does not collect personal information without the customer's consent. In cases when such information is required in order to complete the transaction, you are prompted to provide the minimum amount of information necessary.
Personal information, such as your name, address, or phone number, is never saved in any database or shared with any third party.

Because we use PayPal as the payment gateway for our shopping cart, we do not collect any of your credit information. All of that is done using PayPal, so you can rest assured your information is as secure as it can be online.
In cases where Stonecraft Jewelry has been the victim of fraud, information will be shared with the appropriate law enforcement authorities and legal action will be pursued.

Shipping Rates
We use USPS Priority for our shipping. For all package destinations, both domestic US and international, there is a $3.50 handling fee added to the standard USPS rate.

Guarantee
All the jewelry that we make is guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and materials on delivery. If the jewelry fails, and on inspection, we find that we were negligent and it was due to our workmanship, we will either repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Return Policy
Jewelry may be returned for REFUND, CREDIT or EXCHANGE within 7 day from the date received as long the jewelry piece is in its original, unused condition, with no missing or broken or exchanged stones(s) and the finish of both metal and stone(s) is unscratched and unmarred. Call before returning the item (707-445-1700) to obtain an authorization number, otherwise the package cannot be accepted. Any scratched, altered, blemished used, worn or broken items are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or unless the item(s) were flawed due to our fabrication error. Original shipping charges and credit card fees (if any) are not refundable.
FOR YOUR SECURITY, if you wish to return an item(s) due to a fabrication error, please return it with an insured courier (USPS insured, FedEx, UPS) and retain your Shipping receipt. Stonecraft Jewelry can not be responsible for item(s) lost or damaged in transit.
